What counts as a minute?
A minute is counted while your agent is actively on a phone call. Browser demos, setup time and idle time do not count towards your plan.
What happens if I use all my minutes?
You are notified as you get close. If you reach the limit, callers hear a polite message asking them to try again later, and you can upgrade your plan straight away.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. There are no lock in contracts and no setup fees. You can change or cancel your plan whenever you like.
